Monochromatic Challenge

I am in a wonderful blog group that goes by the name of "Tangled up in Creativity".

This week, Christy at Lone Pine Designs asked us to make a card using only one color - with no neutrals/whites or blacks!

Truly, this wasn't as easy as I imagined it would be~
But, here is my submission.

All blues ~ the dp and cs are all out of my scrap pile.  The sentiment was stamped with CTMH denim in their Hodgepodge Alphabet set.  The image is from Little Musings.  He is called Curtis and was a freebie a couple weeks ago.  This was my first chance to use him!!  I tinted the image a light blue so that he too was in my blue family.  (I forgot to mention that I cut some of the waves apart to give it a bit more interest.)
It was my intention to make the card look like a beach scene; I hope it came through that way ;-)

Thanks for stopping by!
Huggz,
April

April, you've done an awesome job. I love your blue card! It's not easy to do a card/project all in one color, but yours is amazing!!!
