A Sunday Quickie

Just a quick little post because I want to show you the card I made for the Teddy Stampers blog hop!  I must admit that I hadn't heard of the Teddy Stampers until joining the Design Team over at Deedee's Digis, but wowhee what cute cards these stampers make.  I do love me a teddy or two....in fact, my favorite SIL collects Boyd Bears and I am always thinking of her when I see such cuties!

This card uses Deedee's newest bear - Beary Happy Birthday.  I colored him up with my Bic's and tried to make his fur look a bit layered - like a favorite teddy would be worn.  It's great that digis at Deedee's come with sentiments, inked (CTMH) around the edges ; and I used two on this card!!  The paper is from Sandy Lion and the pearl dots are from Michael's.

    Ooooh! I love the look you've given the fur on this little cutie, April! You really work magic with those Bic markers. This is such a sweet card, and I had kind of forgotten about the Boyd's Bears until your post. I used to love those. Thanks for sharing!!!!
